Free shipping on orders over $75. Below that, a $9 flat rate anywhere we ship.

Orders ship within two business days. You will get a tracking number when the parcel leaves us, not when the label is printed.

Everything is packed to survive being dropped, because copper is heavy and couriers are couriers. If a piece arrives damaged, photograph it before you unwrap anything further and reply to your order email — we will replace it and cover the return.

Customs duties and import taxes on international orders are set by your country, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility. We declare goods at their actual value.
