Refund policy

Thirty days to return anything unengraved and unused, for any reason or none. Send it back in a condition we could sell it in and we will refund the full price to the original payment method. Return shipping is yours unless the piece arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case it is ours.

Lifetime repair on every piece we make. Send anything back at any point in its life and we will re-finish or repair it. There is no version of this brand where the right answer is "buy another one."

Two things worth saying plainly, because they are the questions we expect:

Copper darkening is not a defect. Every piece is 99.9% pure copper, unlined and unlacquered, so it will warm and darken within weeks and take on a patina specific to how you hold it. That is the material behaving correctly, and it is not grounds for a return — though if you want the shine back, half a lemon and a spoon of salt will do it, and we will re-finish it for you for free at any time.

Engraved-to-order pieces cannot be returned once cut, for the obvious reason. We will still repair them for life.
